Living in NYC, I just figured I could find these in town, as I see the Envelopments display racks in a few stationers here and that is where I got the idea for this particular project. Yet no one had more than a sampling, and an order from them would take 5-7 business days, not good enough. Even adding the express shipping, your prices were under those of the stores here. My printer found the exact paper, priced out making them and couldn't match your per piece price! What a wonderful and easy experience!!!!!!!!!!! If my testimony can ease the worry and concern of any bride to be..... well here goes....... I first spoke with Joy back in early November about my invitation idea with Envelopments. (Just surfing the web I sent an inquiry online and within a few hours she called me right away). She was so helpful at visualizing and creating my desired look, that I was convinced I wanted to do business with her. She was so concerned about helping me achieve my goal that without even securing her sale she advised and encouraged me to sit down with a local enevelopment distributor (in New York)to see it all together.

After my visit,I still only wanted to do business with Joy. It was the experience and loyalty I felt from her about her business that brought me back to my "humble beginnings" and 3 months later I was finalizing my order with Remote Assistance. And even though, it would figure that the day before I placed my order for my Periwinkle ensemble, the color was discountinued but because of her great relationship with the company (they highly and favorably recommend her) we worked it out and all of our effort and planning was well worth it. I continue to express my gratitude and recommend Remote Assistance to anyone and everyone who will hear. My date is soon coming.... May 25th 2003. I have my order and I am happy! Thank you Joy.

This was my first experience with Remote Assistance, and I have to say that it was an excellent one! The personal attention that I received was great and I received everything so quickly. This is most certainly a company that will keep me coming back... definitely!

I have noticed that in retail nowadays, the service just isn't there. No one wants to help you out or give good service at a decent price. However, I felt more personal attention and respect through Remote Assistance that I ever have face to face with a salesperson! Bravo!
